It was incorporated in December 1988 and has a registered head office located in Zaragoza, Spain. The company's products primarily consist of meat and other food products. The meat products are sold fresh, frozen, cured, smoked, cooked, and canned. Perishable meat includes fresh meats, sausages, hams, wieners, and bacon (excluding JOTS products). As of June 2009, the company operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Agroalimentaria de Teruel SA.
