It is one of the largest companies in Spain. Incorporated in January of 1984, the company has a registered office located in Huarte o Uharte, Spain. It is also involved in the provision of engineering, technical, logistics, research and consultancy services to a wide range of companies. In addition, the company offers after-sales services and is active in the acquisition, administration and sale of shares in other companies in the domestic electrical appliance industry. It trades brand names, such as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, Balay, Lynx and UNESA.
