The company is primarily engaged in the manufacture and supply of fertilizer. It is involved in one or more of the following activities: manufacturing nitrogenous and phosphatic fertilizer materials, manufacturing fertilizers from sewage or animal waste, manufacturing nitrogenous and phosphatic materials and mixing with other ingredients into fertilizers, and mixing ingredients made elsewhere into fertilizers. Fertilizer (or fertiliser) is any material of natural or synthetic origin (other than liming materials) that is applied to soils or to plant tissues (usually leaves) to supply one or more plant nutrients essential to the growth of plants. It was incorporated in November of 1985. The company has a registered office located in Zaragoza, Spain.
