The company is primarily engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of mining machinery. It is a worldwide organization that has supplied turnkey plants in 58 countries all over the world. The history of the company started in 1899, the year when Talleres Florencio Gomez (TFG) was founded to develop installations for material transport and elevation. The company has a registered office located in Zaragoza, Spain. The company operates four business units: bulk handling (stockyard machinery, port terminals, conveying systems, revamping, turnkey solutions), cranes (nuclear and power sectors, steel industry, cranes for ports, container cranes), waste treatment (mechanical/biological, composing plants, materials recovery, refuse derived fuel (RDF)), and renewable energy (biomass and wind energy).
