The company is engages as die-casting foundry manufacturing aluminum castings. It was established in 1947 as a subsidiary of Pechiney and Banesto, and has its registered business office in Zaragoza, Spain. The company is one of the world leaders in the manufacture of aluminum castings. Its four main product lines include: air systems (intake manifolds, compressor housings and EGR valves); brake systems (cylinders and brake calipers); farm machineries (large components in metal castings); and other pieces (holders, motorcycle cylinder heads, gearbox housings, and piping). The company serves these products to component suppliers, including Continental Teves, Pierburg, IHI, Garret and Bosch; and to builders, such as Volkswagen, Audi, John Deere and Nissan. In addition, the company is a subsidiary of Montupet Group S.A., which specializes in cylinder heads and wheels casting operating factories in France, United Kingdom, Mexico and Spain and is headquartered in France.
