The firm is a private company engaged in the development and sale of real estates and building projects, as well as the subdivision of land and the construction of residential buildings, principally in Spain. The company was incorporated in the year 2005. The registered head office of the company is located in Zaragoza, Spain. The firm comprises its business activities in servicing land and subdividing real property into lots, for subsequent sale to builders. Servicing of land includes excavation work for the installation of roads and utility lines. Land subdivision precedes building activity and the subsequent building is often residential, as well as commercial tracts and industrial parks.
